Quality Assurance

Our factory owns ISO9001 Quality Certificate and ISO14001 Enviroment Certificate.

All components will be closely inspected in climate controlled environments prior to mold assembly to ensure the highest level of accuracy .

Our rigorous mold testing includes complete 1st article inspection report to the drawings from customer. Also if needed, we will supply full capability studies including dimensional PPAP reporting.

After the completion of sampling testingand part approval, each tool or part should be got through 100% final inspection, which is conducted by Pinpotch personnel. In 2013 passed the ISO/TS16949:2009 quality management system - the auto industry in the production of parts and related services to organize the implementation of ISO9001:2008 special requirements.
